RE: BUILDING FUND

Dear Friends,

I write to thank you for your ongoing generous support for your church.  Back in 2004, just 27 months ago we borrowed $75,000 to do much-needed restoration work on our sanctuary.  I asked you to pledge as much as you could for the next two years to pay down this debt, and you have done a great job.  You have continued to keep those pledges coming, and as of the end of April our mortgage loan balance was $35,336.  Praise the Lord for His faithful people! Also, as we have paid down this debt, we have also continued to pay the normal operating expenses of your Church.  We have also engaged in various mission projects during the year, each of which you have generously supported.  Again, I thank you.

Our original mortgage is a five year note.  At the rate we are going we should be able to have this debt cleared by the end of that time.  I ask for your continued support to retire this debt.  The first Sunday of each month we receive an offering for the "Building Fund."  These monies are dedicated to the mortgage payment.  Please continue to give to the Building Fund so we can continue to maintain our buildings, and continue to minister in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  We have now entered our second century of service to our Lord; let us work together to see God's kingdom grow right here in Ambridge.

                        With Sincere Gratitute,

                        Pastor Bert
